Bailand Contruction Ltd. is a family managed General Building company principally operating within a 30 mile radius of its headquarters in picturesque Dedham, Essex. The driving force of the Company is its Managing Director, Brad Lander, whose overriding business philosophy is that any job, large or small, should only be considered and completed as if it was his own. This ethos and the attention to detail of the Company’s highly skilled workforce ensures a quality of workmanship second to none on contracts delivered to budget and on time.

We make no apology for not trying to be the cheapest but we would be very disappointed if we could not be shown to be the best through the results that we consistently deliver for our customers.
